I want to know..

I just want to ask "Bloggers" this one question...

What is the point of saying stuff on your blog like "Okay, stalkers.." or "Hello, stalkers.." or "Bye, stalkers.."

Lol, I've come across several blogs that have those phrases that related to stalkers. But.. Is reading blogs that you follow really considered as stalking? =/ You post your blog to the whole world wide web to see, anyhow. I'm not stalking, I swear D: Haha random post. I just don't want to do my History assignment at the moment.. BUT I have to
